I. Overview:

Product Introduction and Working Principle of DJR500 Type Heating Tank: This product uniquely adopts a dry oxidation-resistant high-efficiency electric heater as the heat source, water, steam or SKX series heat transfer oil as the medium, and an advanced electronic automatic monitoring and control system. It requires no special personnel on duty, features small volume, simple and convenient transportation and installation, no pollution, and high energy utilization rate. The temperature of water medium is controlled at 30℃-100℃, and that of SKX series heat transfer oil is controlled at 30℃-250℃ with low operating cost.

After multiple research and tests by heat conduction design engineers and design and development by electrical automation engineers of Hongqiao Company, this series of heating tanks has been created. Its working principle is as follows: the high-efficiency oxidation-resistant dry heating tubes are installed in the optimal area of heat transfer oil storage, and accurate signals are detected by the precise temperature testing system and sent to the central processing unit to complete the analog quantity set by users, so as to realize automatic temperature control.

II. Main Configuration

1. The outer barrel is made of 6mm Q235 steel

2. The inner barrel is made of 6mm Q235 steel or 5mm 1Cr19Ni9Ti steel

3. The agitator is made of 1Cr19Ni9Ti steel for both the shaft and stirring blades, or 45# steel for both the shaft and stirring blades
