I. Purpose and Features of the Machine:

1. For the safe and rapid loading and unloading of workpieces, the machine is equipped with an immediate stop function for the grinding disc when power is cut off and foot pedal control for the working turntable stations.

2. The operation interface is intuitive and easy to master, and the operating system can run in both automatic and manual modes. The system adopts Delta touch screens, controllers, frequency converters and servo drives. All units are interconnected via RS485 communication, which simplifies the hard contacts of the control system and facilitates information collection and data display. The status of the entire system can be connected via a network; parameters such as faults, speed and position can be displayed in real time on the HMI system. Even if a problem occurs in the system, the customer can easily perform diagnostics on the touch screen. Protection grade of the power distribution cabinet: IP54 to ensure the reliability of the system in dusty environments, with an extended cable length of 6-7 meters.

3. The machine has the function of automatically detecting the height of the workpiece to be ground and is equipped with an automatic tool setting compensation function to eliminate errors caused by grinding disc wear.

4. Heavy-duty linear guide rails are used for vertical feed, ensuring high lifting working precision and a long service life.

5. The worktable surface adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, and the rotation speed of the table can be selected according to the hardness of the brick and the required machining finish.

6. Quick-install fixtures are installed on the worktable surface, and the design position of the fixtures facilitates the rapid loading and unloading of workpieces.
